According to wedding reports 35,000 weddings are planned in the D.C. Metro area last year. The D.C. wedding market is now more competitive than ever. The excitement of getting engaged often replaced by stress because many places and vendors are already booked into 2013. We are booking for 2013 weddings in these days and we thought listing of D.C.'s most desired wedding venues might be a good idea for our future brides. Here is the simple list of venues that we enjoyed being there.
Please feel free to contact us if you need more information.

This image is from Ashley and Aaron Holmes wedding. As you can see, our packages also include braiding the little princesses' hair.
A few months ago Goknur did a fashion photo shoot with her iPhone 4gs. Here is one of many stunning images of Turkish actress Demet Evgar. The rule was simple. Keep it simple, keep it real! We used one reflector that we made by using white board wrapped aluminum foil. One iphone 4gs and one the most beautiful woman.
Voila!
We're working on a video project named "All Inclusive". It's already been accepted and funded by the Antalya International Architecture Bienniale 2011 in Turkey. We're designing a software that will create and display a randomly generated collage from hundreds of videos on a large high definition screen.
If you participate: - Your videos will be edited by us to match the context of the art work. - Your names and the places in the videos will be listed on the pamphlet of the art work...
To give you an idea about the project, here's the abstract:

ALL INCLUSIVE:
The age of 'all inclusive'... Drifting masses from different backgrounds, cultures and lives to similar experiences... These people wearing and doing similar things flood predefined 'vacation zones' for short periods of time. What's left behind from these vacations and these experiences? Usually a pile of images and movies, and sometimes artefacts that never seem to find their place back home in that daily context. Where are those artefacts now, those rare elements of an almost improbable intersection?
'All inclusive' is a video project that traces these artefacts and images, therefore the experiences of their owners.
Our goal is to create a video-collage of these vacation videos to be displayed as a video-installation at the time of the event.

We always worked with the best wedding album companies like Leather Craftsman, Graphie Studio, Quensbery, Couture, Cypres and more. We believe that a professionally designed wedding album is the best way to preserve and showcase your wedding pictures. Thinking of digital age and overwhelming social media existence, sharing your most intimide moments on a screen should not be the only way to go. Sure, it takes time to design, print, and bind a wedding album but it's future proof. We work with the best companies all over the world, and each and every wedding album professionally printed and bound in a beautiful linen or leather volume. If you have a CD of your wedding pictures, and want an album designed it is still here are tons of different options Just send me a note and we’ll send you the rates.
We would like to talk about a wonderful custom Presentation Box that Cyprus just created for photographers. Two of the slip-in cases on the left side of the box have velvet jewelry holders. There is a removable mat for a print that is magnetically held into the box. They also created a custom envelope out of fabric that slips under the tray and is easily removed with the ribbon.
As you can see the possibilities are endless! It's great to have everything from the wedding day all perfectly stored in an Heirloom Presentation Box.
We love it!
If so, we might have found a place for you that is truly vintage. The River Farm is an historic home built in the 1800′s and conveniently close to the Washington DC metro area. River Farm rests on twenty-five acres of gardens and forest overlooking the Potomac River which is located five miles south of Old Town Alexandria. And also River Farm serves as the headquarters of the American Horticultural Society. They have been selected Best Wedding Vendor for 2011 by Bride and Groom Magazine. Harry Houdini and lived in the mansion during his short career with the fledging movie industry in the 1920’s. The house, on Laurel Canyon that was rented by Harry Houdini for roughly one year around 1919. While he lived in the house, it became a frequent host to strange experiments and more...They say the lot on Laurel Canyon for many years had stone and cement ruins of a large house, and these ruins were often referred to as the "haunted" Houdini. Well, the good news was Jim Morrison was in the neighborhood around 1970's. He lived in a house behind. He was one of the many rocks stars who made Laurel Canyon their home in the 60's and 70's. Today, the house open to public to host events like weddings. It was a nice surprise to see Amber showing her Tattoo to prove that how brave she is to pick Houdini's so called Haunted Place.
